Annelot specialises in competition law and regulatory disputes, with a focus on the Tech & Comms, Life Sciences and Food & Beverage sectors.
Annelot is an associate in our Competition & EU Law and Regulatory Practices and is based in The Hague.
Her experience includes competition enforcement and legal advice on competition compliance matters. She has particular experience in the relationship between intellectual property protection and fair competition. She is also a member of our Tech & Comms, Life Sciences and Retail & Consumer Sector Groups.
Annelot joined us in 2016 having studied law at the Universities of Groningen and Amsterdam. During her studies, she specialised in European competition law and private law. She wrote her thesis on competition aspects of pay-for-delay settlements in the pharmaceutical sector and another on state liability for the effects of climate change. As part of her degree, she studied international law for a semester at Queen's University School of Law in Canada. Annelot is also a member of the Dutch Competition Law Association (VvM).
