Anne-Christine advises national and international clients on various aspects of trademark, design and unfair competition law.
Anne-Christine is an associate in our Intellectual Property Practice, based in Düsseldorf.
She joined us as an attorney in January 2018, having previously worked for our Intellectual Property team during her legal traineeship with the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf.
She focuses on advising national and international clients on all matters of non-technical intellectual property rights, in particular regarding trademark, design and unfair competition law. Anne-Christine also acts in legal proceedings concerning infringement, registration or cancellation of trademarks before the courts and the German and European Offices.
Anne-Christine studied law at the University of Münster and the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. She is writing her doctoral thesis in the field of insurance law at the University of Hamburg. During her doctoral studies, she has worked for various international law firms in Hamburg and Düsseldorf with a focus on non-technical intellectual property rights.
