Anna has outstanding experience when it comes to international patent litigation, especially in the pharma and life sciences sector.
Anna Wolters-Höhne is partner in our German Intellectual Property Practice Group with a focus on patent and pharmaceutical law.
She advises national and international clients across various industry sectors, particularly in international patent disputes. The centre of her practice is litigation before the civil courts, but also the cooperation before the European Patent Office and the Federal Patent Court. Many of her clients are from the Life Sciences and the Electronics sector.
Anna studied at the Universities of Hamburg and Bordeaux. She has been awarded a doctorate from the Heinrich-Heine University of Düsseldorf. Anna’s thesis dealt with issues of patentability of human biotechnological inventions in Germany and Europe.
As faculty member of the Munich Intellectual Property Law Centre, Anna is a regular lecturer on European patent law. She is a member of the German Intellectual Property and Copyright Association (GRUR), the German Lawyer’s Association (DAV; Working Group Intellectual Property and Media) and the US Federal Circuit Bar Association. Anna is fluent in English and French.
