Anna is an associate based in Stockholm.
She is a member of our Tech & Comms and Retail & Consumer sector groups, specialising in commercial and IT law.
Anna advises clients on the full spectrum of commercial, strategic and regulatory issues across tech, telecoms, media and retail sectors, with a particular focus on digital business, on a multijurisdictional basis. She has a solid background in IT (including privacy and data protection compliance), telecommunications, marketing, intellectual property, sale of goods and services, consumer protection, gambling and competition law. She also has a strong track record of working with a wide range of commercial agreements, with additional experience in guiding and assisting clients through the litigation process.
She has developed particular expertise in the field of additive manufacture and 3D Printing. Her passion lies in exploring how the technology impacts current business ecosystems. Anna has published several articles on the interplay between the IP laws and 3D printing and has been a featured speaker at 3D printing events and conferences.
Prior to joining us in 2015, Anna worked as an associate at another law firm where she handled a wide variety of IP, IT, media and antitrust matters, in addition to providing legal advice on dispute resolution.
Anna also has experience as a law clerk at the Stockholm District Court.
With an additional master's degree in Scandinavian Studies from the University of Gdansk (2007), Anna is fluent in Swedish, English and Polish. She has an intuitive understanding of cultures and people and is passionate about working with international business.
