Since I joined Bird & Bird in 2012, I have been working as an associate in our International HR Services Group in Paris. I work with, and advise, French and international clients on all employment issues, and assist them on all legal and contentious procedures.

I have seven years' experience in employment. I have developed strong relationships with our clients and have been advising them on their individual employment matters including employment contracts, termination procedures as well as collective employment issues including redundancy programmes and staff representatives' consultation, whatever their domain of activity. I also deal with our clients' contentious issues and court procedures.

Employment is a constantly evolving field, therefore, I keep myself informed on all French employment developments to provide our clients with the best suited and most adapted answers and advice. Having the opportunity to work with a broad variety of clients from many sectors of activity allows me to provide them with complete and precise legal answers to their everyday employment questions and issues.

I try to provide my clients with the most adapted answers and solutions to their needs. I always try to explain in easy, pragmatic and comprehensive ways, and I always provide clients with efficient solutions when possible. Clients and their lawyer have to establish a true relationship based on trust and mutual transparency in order to achieve their goals.

I love being challenged. Every new development in employment law triggers new challenges for our clients, and subsequently for us. I like facing issues and finding appropriate answers.

  • I was seconded within an international pharmaceutical company for several months. That experience allowed me not only to put in practice my knowledge of French law and company legal issues management, but also to advise our client on their day-to-day problems and understand more efficiently their needs and strategies.
