Amalie specialises primarily in data protection but also advises clients on property law and construction law.
Amalie is a junior associate in our Data Protection practice, based in our Copenhagen office.
Her experience includes counselling and drafting of data protection terms and conditions, policies and data processor agreements. She also advises clients on the rights of registrants, surveillance of employees and whistleblower schemes.
Amalie has thorough knowledge of the new data protection regulation and advises public and private companies in connection with the changes the new regulation will entail.
She also advises on the sale and acquisition of real estate, including as part of a business transfer.
Amalie joined us in 2015, having previously worked at Kromann Reumert in the real estate and construction law team.
Amalie holds a LL.M. degree from King's College London, where she specialised in data protection law and acquired thorough knowledge on the EU law in this area.
She graduated with a law degree from Copenhagen University in 2012.
Amalie speaks Danish and English.
