I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Dispute Resolution team in London and I advise clients on all aspects of commercial disputes.

Since qualifying as a solicitor here at Bird & Bird in 2014, I have worked with clients on a broad range of contentious matters including shareholder disputes, contractual claims, professional negligence claims and insolvency proceedings.

I act for clients from sectors including media, technology, communications, banking, financial services and franchising.

I work to help clients at all stages of a dispute, from the very early stages of a conflict arising to mediation, litigation, arbitration, settlement and enforcement of judgments, and have advised on pre-action and interim steps such as freezing injunctions and specific disclosure applications. I have experience in large scale multi-party litigation, as well as high value international arbitration.

I joined Bird & Bird as a trainee in 2012 and during my training contract I gained experience in commercial contract drafting, IP advice and litigation and employment law. I also spent three months on secondment to our Stockholm office in 2014. I am a qualified Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts – Civil).
