With a broad international experience and strong technical background, Alexandrine focuses her practice on multi-jurisdictional patent litigation particularly in the life sciences and telecommunications sectors.
Alexandrine is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group in London where she specialises in multi-jurisdictional patent litigation.
In the life sciences sector, she has mainly acted for originators in complex multi-jurisdictional pharmaceutical patent litigations (often involving SPCs and unfair competition issues). Alexandrine has also advised clients on a wide range of regulatory issues particularly in relation to data exclusivity, paediatrics extensions, skinny labels, bioequivalence, biosimilars and orphan drugs.
Prior to joining us, Alexandrine was an associate at the London office of the international firm EIP LLP where she acted for Unwired Planet in the high profile cross border telecoms patent litigations (Unwired Planet v. Huawei, Samsung and Google) involving FRAND issues.
Alexandrine has also worked as an intellectual property lawyer for a magic circle firm (Paris office) and a top boutique IP firm in Canada.
Alexandrine is a European Registered Lawyer and a member of the New York, Paris and Quebec Bars. She holds an LL.M from UC Berkeley as well as a B.Sc in Life Sciences (Queen's University - Canada) and an MPhil in Epidemiology and Biostatistics (Cambridge University).
In addition to English, Alexandrine speaks French and Italian and has business competency in Spanish.
