I am a Counsel in our Tax Group in Paris. I specialise in providing national and international tax advice to our clients, offering significant expertise in M&A, restructuring and private equity as well as in individual tax matters.

Due to my wide range of skills, my tax practice is transversal across Bird & Bird's clients and practice sectors. My activities are mainly divided between providing tax advice in relation to M&A transactions (tax structuring, tax due diligence, negotiation of tax provisions within the contractual documentation) and to individual tax matters (assets taxation, management package, real estate structuration, assistance in case of tax audits).

On this basis, I regularly advise both French and international corporations on their tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and private equity transactions, as well as on their day-to-day matters. I also provide tax advice on a regular basis either on equity incentives plans for key peoples or on R&D taxation issues.

From an individual tax perspective, I advise resident and non-resident individuals on their dealings with the French tax authorities. I also advise them on their wealth tax issues which are most of the time related to real estate structuring issues.

I joined the team in Paris at Bird & Bird in 2017, having previously worked at various French law firms for eight years.
