I am a French associate in the data protection team in Paris. I practice technology, privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity law.

I advise French and international firms with a particular focus on the sectors of advertising and online services, banking, aerospace and defence, telecommunications, media, life science, and real estate.

My practice mainly covers compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), crisis management, control from the supervisory authority, negotiating and drafting contracts, data protection impact assessments, and confidentiality policies.

I support companies in their innovative projects, including targeted advertising and profiling, connected devices, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data monetisation, direct marketing, and e-health services. I also advise on disputes in digital law such as the right to be forgotten, e-reputation, cybercrime, and internet defamation.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked for an international American law firm in IP, IT, and privacy. I provide professional training sessions and lessons in the University Paris II Assas, and publish in legal journals.
