I am a partner and co-head of our Commercial, Tech & Comms and Dispute Resolution Groups in Madrid. I have wide-ranging experience in all kinds of commercial contracts and transactions, with a specific focus on IT and sectors where technology and complex regulatory frameworks play a key role.

In addition to transactions I have been advising for over 15 years on complex dispute resolution and pre-litigation negotiations, ecommerce, intellectual property and data protection.

I am also experienced in cybersecurity, media, social networks, mobile and video games, user-generated content, ISPs and defamation and all sort of consumer related matters.

In the constantly evolving world of technology, it is my duty to stay at the forefront of emerging and disruptive trends, enabling my clients to enhance the value of their business and mitigate the risks from all possible perspectives: regulatory, contractual and in any potential or actual dispute.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked in the commercial, IT and corporate practices of a magic circle firm, and in Brussels where I collaborated closely with a French law firm and assisted the former adviser of the Belgian prime minister.

Over the years, I have lectured in technology, intellectual property, data protection and international dispute resolution law at Spanish universities, business schools and Chambers of Commerce.

I speak fluent English, French and Spanish.
