Agnieszka Sagan-Jeżowska is an experienced specialist in corporate and data protection law.
An associate in the Privacy & Data Protection team, Agnieszka is based in Warsaw.
Advising clients since 2007, Agnieszka specialises in advising private and state-owned entities on personal data protection. She supports clients from the healthcare, insurance, automotive, publishing and production sectors in implementing personal data protection and information security procedures.
She assists clients with personal data protection agreements, entrustment agreements, standard contractual clauses, and contracts that involve personal data sharing and confidentiality terms. She also advises on marketing campaigns conducted in collaboration with other entities, and adjusts service regulations to personal data protection and electronic services requirements.
Agnieszka has served as an Information Security Administrator, created personal data protection procedures, and conducted planned and ad hoc inspections as well as at the request of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection. She has also supervised information security in companies and prepared opinions on IT security.
Prior to joining us, she gained her experience working in the District Court in Warsaw, Faculty of Community Trade Marks and Industrial Designs. She has also conducted regular training on personal data protection law.
Agnieszka graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the A. F. Modrzewski Krakow University, and also completed postgraduate studies in capital markets law at the University of Warsaw, where she is currently completing her doctoral studies. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
She works in Polish and English.
