Ádám brings a deep understanding of the banking & finance sector to his wide-ranging clientele
Ádám is an associate in our Banking & Finance practice group, based in Budapest.
He specialises in banking & finance, project finance and financial institutions' regulatory and capital market matters.
Ádám regularly represents Hungarian and international banks as well as major borrower companies in project finance, syndicated lending and re-financing transactions, financial restructurings, trade finance and work-out situations, as well as enforcement of security interests. His experience covers a range of business areas, including real estate, general corporate finance matters as well as acquisition finance transactions. He frequently advises financial institutions in connection with banking regulatory matters, primarily in connection with the regulatory regime relating to providing payment services.
His expertise also includes private placements of shares and the de-listing of shares from stock exchanges. In addition, Ádám has advised domestic and international clients on regulatory matters relating to the establishment of investment funds. He also regularly represents both domestic and international clients in cross-border regulatory matters.
Prior to joining us, Ádám spent several years at other leading international law firms.
Ádám obtained his J.D. from Eötvös Loránd University, Hungary, in 2012. As part of his studies, he spent an Erasmus year at the University of Warwick, UK. He is a member of the Budapest Bar.
In addition to his native Hungarian, Ádám is fluent in English.
