Our firm has significantly bettered its rankings for mid-market M&A work across the Nordics in the annual Thomson Reuters for 2015, soaring up from 53 in 2014 to 25 for its Nordic M&A involvement. Moreover, our corporate presence in Finland achieved individual recognition in the M&A rankings for 2015 from Mergermarket, where it reached the top 10, finishing at 7 (based on the deal count) and being the highest ranked global law firm in that list.
Our consistent presence in the Thomson Reuters top 50 and Mergermarket top 10 rankings is a substantial achievement for the region. This success reflects our increasingly more extensive local and regional expertise demonstrated on deals for e.g. advising publicly listed Talentum Corporation in its combination with another notable media company Alma Media Corporation in Finland and advising NETS Denmark A/S in their acquisition of shares and delisting of the Swedish company, DIBS Payment Services AB.
