Bird & Bird has launched its Digital Marketing Law Guide, the first app designed by a law firm to help in-house marketing teams and agencies with the legal issues surrounding international digital marketing campaigns.
Covering the local laws of nine European countries (Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom), and six areas of online advertising and marketing law issues, the app provides essential information for in-house teams at international brands and agencies.
The app covers topics including email marketing, promotions, use of social media, comparative advertising, information requirements and commercial communication. It is available to download on both mobile phones and tablets via the iTunes app store and Google Play and requires iOS 7.1 or Android 4.1 or later.
