Our Warsaw office and Vital Voices Poland speak on "Women & Innovation" at Early Birds Breakfast seminar

Our Warsaw office, along with Vital Voices Poland, co-organised an Early Bird Breakfast on Women and Innovation, focusing on key legal topics regarding innovations but also on the soft skills crucial for women in top management. Vital Voices Poland is part of the international organisation Vital Voices Global Partnership which was established by Hillary Clinton and Madeleine Albright to support other women who are active and willing to have an impact on the world.

The first part of the seminar was a presentation on leadership by Daria Tataj - an internationally recognised expert in innovation and founder of Vital Voices Poland. Her presentation focused on the key pillars of innovative leadership: competition, cooperation, creativity and control. The second section covered topics related to protecting innovation, including intellectual property (Marta Koremba, Senior Associate, Patent Attorney), data protection (Izabela Kowalczuk-Pakula, Senior Associate) and innovative public procurement (Monika Kucharczyk, Senior Associate). Partner Małgorzata Darowska acted as the seminar's moderator.

Over 20 women attended the event at our Warsaw office, including a number of key Bird & Bird clients.
