International law firm Bird & Bird has advised new client Hotprints Limited on its $1 million seed round financing. The transaction sees a number of individual and corporate investors acquiring approximately 45% of the company.
Hotprints Limited is establishing itself as an innovative provider of personal printing. The company will initially operate in the United Kingdom and the United States.
Angus Miln, a Partner in the London Corporate Group, headed the Bird & Bird team, assisted by corporate associate, Helen Down.
