ATMD Sees Addition of New Corporate Partner


Alban Tay Mahtani & de Silva (ATMD) has announced the promotion of senior corporate lawyer Yip Ming Fai to Partner of the Firm.

Ming Fai has over 15 years’ of experience mainly in corporate finance and related transactions, having worked as an investment banker, an accountant and currently as a lawyer. Ming Fai’s experience includes mergers & acquisitions, initial public offers and secondary equity issues, capital market transactions, loan syndications, bilateral loan agreements and corporate advisory services in Singapore, London and Hong Kong.

At ATMD, he has worked with several of the Firm’s key corporate clients such as NASDAQ listed Sanmina-SCI, HKSE listed The Bank of East Asia Limited and SGX-ST listed Petra Foods Limited.

Ming Fai graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in law from Cambridge University and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore. He is also a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and a qualified solicitor of England & Wales.
