A team of Dutch based corporate lawyers has been advising Plaza Centers N.V. on all Dutch law aspects of this listing. Commenting on Bird & Bird’s involvement in the deal, partner Steven van der Waal said:
“Bird & Bird has developed a track record of advising companies on IPOs in both regulated and unregulated markets, where the laws, rules and regulations of two jurisdictions have to be complied with. Our team was able to bring valuable experience to this deal. In the past couple of years for example, Bird & Bird has advised the first Dutch, Italian and Swedish companies on their listing on London Stock Exchange's international market, AIM”.
