Bird & Bird assists BetaDwarf on its $6.6 million investment

Bird & Bird has assisted BetaDwarf in connection with a recent investment from international institutional investors. 

BetaDwarf is a Danish independent game developer based in Copenhagen, founded in 2010. In total, BetaDwarf raised $6.6 million in this Series A funding from investors like London Venture Partners and Makers Fund to make more "friendshipping games" that goes beyond the bonds formed in its previous games.

Bird & Bird's startup team advised BetaDwarf. Partner Martin von Haller Grønbæk and associate Ted Rosenbaum were leading the transaction.

Bird & Bird has one of Denmark's most active teams advising both companies and investors in connection with investments. In 2019, Bird & Bird has assisted more than 20 organisations with venture investments, including several investments in computer games developers.
