Nordic Corporate Team Assists Intera Partners in their Investment into Roima

Our Nordic Corporate team is advising the leading Nordic private equity firm Intera Partners in a transaction where funds managed by Intera Partners and the management of the company will invest into the software solutions company Roima Intelligence Inc. The investment will support Roima in its continued growth and international expansion. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of May 2018. Bird & Bird is involved in all legal aspects related to the transaction.

The Bird & Bird team is led by Corporate partners Mårten Willamo and Mikko Ahonen.
