Fine & Country Limited’s (“F&C”) business was started in 200ı and the concept behind the FINE & COUNTRY brand is that local estate agencies can acquire a licence that permits them to trade under the FINE & COUNTRY name and logo, and to market premium properties through both their own offices and through F&C’s office in Park Lane, London, on and in F&C publications.

F&C owns both a UK and a Community Trade Mark registration for its mark.
