International law firm Bird & Bird has successfully advised STADA Group on the acquisition of the FITO business from LEO Pharma, via an asset deal.
The transaction included the purchase of trademarks, marketing authorisations, and inventory related to the product FITO. This acquisition marks the strategic expansion of the STADA Group, enhancing its portfolio and presence in the healthcare market, primarily in the Middle East and Africa.
