Status of ratification

No. A referendum is necessary for ratification and a simple majority of the electorate is required. A referendum will be held in June 2024 to ratify the Agreement on the Unified Patent Court, which will lead to the establishment of a Local Division of the Unified Patent Court in Ireland.
