"Ratification of the Agreement on the UPC by Act No. 2014-199 of 24 February 2014. Ratification of the Protocol to the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court on provisional application by Act of 23 May 2017.
Modification of French law to adapt it to the Agreement on the UPC and the UP regulations, by executive orders No. 2018-341 and 2018-429 published on 9 and 31 May 2018. It will come into force on the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the UPC."
