Remarks (if any)

According to the National Cyber Security Council, the NIS Directive will be implemented in Croatian legislation  by  passing a new Act which will transpose the provisions of the Directive. The first draft of the new Act will be publicly available by the end of January 2018, when the public consultations on provisions of the act will commence. The final version of the Act is due to be published by the end of March, which will leave enough time for the act to be adopted by the Croatian Parliament before the deadline prescribed in the NIS Directive.
