Explanatory note re status

The public consultation on Draft Implementation Bill closed on 2 September 2019. (57 reactions received) The Council of Ministers (Ministerraad) agreed on 10 January 2020. As a follow up to the Netherlands consultation, the Dutch implementation Bill (available here) will now be sent to the Council of State (De Raad van State) which will give its legal advice on the text.
