In September 2013, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) issued a lengthy Guide to direct marketing. In the US, new guidance on mobile marketing has been adopted. We have an expert panel of speakers from the Direct Marketing Association, the Internet Advertising Bureau UK, the ICO (invited) and independent mobile ad network Millennial Media to discuss and analyse these developments.
