UAS Roundtable

22 January 2020

16:00 - 20:00

Bird & Bird
12 New Fetter Lane
London EC4A 1JP

Bird & Bird's UAS roundtable programme provides a forum in which those working in the UAS industry can network in an informal environment, explore industry trends, exchange views on matters of common interest, and share ideas, knowledge and best practice.

Join us at our next roundtable event where we'll continue the military flavour introduced in our last event, with guest speaker Bill Boothby, formerly Deputy Director of Legal Services, Royal Air Force, joining us to consider the weaponisation of UAS and 'human in the loop' requirements.

We'll also be joined by Phil Binks of Altitude Angel to discuss 'just culture' in the context of UAS; Simon Whalley of Skyports to debate the regulatory and policy issues facing vertiport developers and operators; and will do our usual round-up of regulatory developments in Europe and the US.

We look forward to hosting you at what is sure to be a lively and engaging debate and would be delighted if you'd join us for a drink afterwards.

WebEx details will be provided in the confirmation email if you opt to dial in.
