Bidding for an MoD defence project is an expensive and challenging process for bidders.

In this seminar we will consider how to avoid the common pitfalls, remain compliant and submit the best possible bid whilst protecting your commercial interests. We will also consider the recent case of MoD v MLS where MoD found itself the subject of a rare court decision finding that it had breached the public procurement rules, because it hadn't been specific about what happened if someone 'failed' a particular requirement.
