Time: 8:30    Venue: Bird & Bird, 12 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1JP

Following successful events in Paris, Brussels, Luxembourg and Madrid, we are holding seminars in Frankfurt (9 May), Copenhagen (7 June), Helsinki (8 June - as part of our FinTech Seminar Series) and London (13 June).

The London seminar will take place on the morning of Tuesday 13 June 2017 at Bird & Bird's office, hosted by partner Trystan Tether.

The seminars will provide an update on the latest regulatory developments in the payments sector. This includes PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2, including in particular Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) and Third Party Provider (TPP) access to the payment account). We will also cover AML, the CMA remedies on Open Banking, the forthcoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and data protection provisions in PSD2. Representatives of the CMA and the FCA will participate in the event to talk about the Open Banking remedies, as well as PSD2.
