We have developed a tailored programme around our clients. Arbitration or Litigation? What are the differences and what might be the most appropriate dispute resolution mechanism in the aviation and defence sector? 

Sophie Eyre, Partner, Dispute Resolution and Michael Stocks, Legal Director, Dispute Resolution and will discuss the distinguishing features of these two dispute resolution methods, and issues relating enforcement of court judgments and arbitration awards.

Jack Colthurst, Associate, Dispute Resolution, will provide an overview of the possible routes for prompt and commercial resolution in the early stages of a dispute, and the issues parties in the aviation sector are to look out for.
