The importance of technology in the Financial Services sector is becoming crucial as financial institutions face unprecedented challenges from disruptive digital technologies.
These technologies have not only affected businesses directly but also changed the way in which customers want to engage with them. Financial institutions can adapt to this challenge by developing new delivery mechanisms to help strengthen the customer relationship, for example through the increasing personalisation of data which is leveraging Big Data to identify recommendations for customers in this sector.
