A perceived lack of innovation is often cited by customers as one of the chief sources of dissatisfaction with their outsourcing provider. Yet many suppliers have invested significantly in their capabilities to deliver service improvements and pride themselves on their ability to add value through creative solutions to customer problems. So why the difference in perception?
