Breakfast seminar: Achieving innovation in outsourcing relationships

03 July 2014

08.00 - 10.00 GMT

15 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1JP

Bird & Bird is delighted to invite you to a breakfast seminar entitled 'Achieving innovation in outsourcing relationships' on Thursday 3 July 2014.

Despite much of the attention paid to the issue in sales pitches and business cases, the achievement of real innovation in an outsourcing relationship often proves elusive.  A perceived lack of innovation is often cited by customers as one of the chief sources of dissatisfaction with their outsourcing provider. Yet many suppliers have invested significantly in their capabilities to deliver service improvements and pride themselves on their ability to add value through creative solutions to customer problems. So why the difference in perception?

This seminar will provide an opportunity to discuss these issues and explore how outsourcing innovation can be maximised and contracted for more effectively.

We are delighted to be joined by Rick Simmonds, Managing Partner of outsourcing consultants, Alsbridge, who will share some insights from Alsbridge's recent research in the area.
