Juval Aviv is President & CEO of Interfor, Inc., an international corporate intelligence and investigations firm. Before founding Interfor, Mr. Aviv served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Force (Major, ret’d), leading an elite Commando/Intelligence Unit and was later selected by the Israeli Secret Service (Mossad) to participate in a number of intelligence and special operations in many countries in the late 1960s and 1970s., which were the basis of the movie “Munich.” For over 30 years, Mr. Aviv has worked with domestic and international corporations on security measures for the protection of assets and personnel. He has personally solved numerous cases of fraud, embezzlement, anti-competitive behaviour and discovered and discovered violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act in numerous industries, including banking, aerospace and aviation.
Benjamin Kunde, CFE - Director of International Investigations at Interfor, Inc., currently oversees complex and cross-border asset and due diligence matters. A Certified Fraud Examiner, he leverages over a decade of deep industry experience, bringing significant analytical, research, and management skills to each client matter. Mr. Kunde is the lead liaison to Interfor's clients and partners in Germany, Singapore and Hong Kong. Further, he is responsible for implementing Interfor's international growth strategy - advising in-house counsel, attorneys, and private equity dealmakers, with a focus on Europe, Asia, and the U.S. As a senior investigator, he worked alongside his team in hundreds of fraud, litigation support and high-profile asset/sovereign debt investigations. He managed Interfor's Los Angeles office and opened the firm's first operations in Asia through its Singapore office.
Jonathan Choo is a partner in Bird & Bird's International Dispute Resolution practice, based in Singapore. He has been involved in a range of significant and high-value disputes and arbitrations in Singapore and more widely in Asia, Europe and the United States, His general commercial disputes background covers complex commercial, technology, media and broadcasting, construction, projects and infrastructure, insurance (non-marine) and IP disputes. As an experienced arbitration practitioner, Jonathan has advised and represented clients in arbitrations conducted under most of the major institutional rules, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Rules, the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Rules and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Rules.
