We are pleased to invite you to an Informative Breakfast Briefing on 13 February 2013, in which we will analyse the new legal framework governing labour relations in 2013, following the approval of the labour reform and its regulations last year.
After a brief presentation from Bird & Bird Of-Counsel Manuel Conthe, Miguel Pastur, head of Bird & Bird's employment team in Spain, will present a summary of the most important changes in the framework and the issues surrounding these new rules. He will also focus on the opportunities the new regulation offers companies in terms of flexibility and the adjustment of working conditions.
We also welcome Rosario García Alvarez, Labour Chamber Judge of Madrid's Superior Court, who will share her vision on the reform and its practical application since its enforcement.
