Bird and Bird's Social Networking seminar

16 March 2011

Bird & Bird's Data Protection team, in coordination with our Employment and IP Groups, is kicking off its new year seminar programme with a look at the legal implications of social media.

The seminar will explore issues within IP, employment and data protection relating to the now-widespread use of social media in both professional and private lives.

We are delighted to be joined by Janine McKelvey and Jonathan Dunne of Warner Bros. Entertainment UK.  Janine and Jonathan will discuss some of the benefits and challenges posed by social media to the Warner Bros. business, including the use of social media for promotional purposes and the importance of educating staff in relation to use of social media.

We hope you can join us.

For further information, or to register to attend this seminar please contact the Events Team at or call +44 (0)20 7415 6000.
