Pádraig is a Partner in Bird & Bird's Corporate Group.
Pádraig has supported multinationals and other corporates on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures. He also advises clients on capital raising, deal or investment structures, and regulatory and governance issues for investments into a range of asset classes.

Rajeev (Raj) Dewan is a partner in the China Practice and Capital Markets group at McMillan LLP, the only Canadian headquartered law firm with an office in Hong Kong. Raj’s practice is focused on cross-border financings, inbound/outbound investments and international joint ventures between Canada and Asia. Raj’s principal clients includes listed companies, family offices and venture capital/private equity funds.

Paul is a Partner in BDO’s corporate finance team in Hong Kong, specializing in M&A and Transaction Advisory Services.
Paul has first hand experience of over 200 transactions, working with multinationals, local corporates and investment funds on a broad range of inbound and outbound transactions, including buy-side and sell-side advisory, accelerated IPO’s, due diligence for corporates and private equity houses, vendor due diligence and bank pre-lend reviews.
Paul has assisted many Chinese companies to complete transactions, including domestic and outbound transactions, primarily for targets located in Europe or North America. Paul also regularly works with international clients on M&A and due diligence transactions in Asia, particularly in Hong Kong and China.
