Webinar: The Unified Patent Court - The finish line in sight? – Part 2

03 February 2022

17.00 pm - 19:00 pm CET

The Unified Patent Court (UPC) and unitary patent system represent the most important change ever seen in the European patent landscape over the past 50 years. After plans for the system were hindered by numerous setbacks, including Brexit, it now looks to be picking up real speed, with several significant developments happening (and more on the horizon) in a matter of months.

To kick off 2022 we invite you to join us for our series of two webinars on this important topic and we’re delighted to announce Alexander Ramsay, Chairman of the UPC Preparatory Committee as our guest speaker and he will be joined by our own patent specialists from France, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland and the United Kingdom.

These webinars will address the current state of play and what you really need to know for your business operations. We will also have a deep look at what life will be like with the UPC in this new complex environment (e.g. EU / non-EU countries, UPC / non UPC countries…) and discuss both practical and strategic scenarios.
