To infinity and beyond: A new era for Data Protection and Cyber Security in China

22 June 2017

09.00 (EST)

The Cyber Security Law in China took effect on 1 June this year. The new law contains important provisions relating to network security and data protection, and in particular, data localisation requirements and restrictions on international transfer. However, many of the provisions under the law are still unclear and further implementation measures are expected to be issued by the Chinese government to provide further guidance.

International companies doing business in China should understand the key requirements and restrictions under the new law, and consider its applicability to their operations in China. Join us to explore the key implications of the Cyber Security Law on your business.

Login and dial-in details will be circulated in advance of the webinar to confirm registration.
