These seminars will provide an update on the latest regulatory developments in the payments sector and are held on 16 February in Brussels (in English) and on 23 February in Luxembourg (in French).

Topics covered will include the EU Interchange Fee Regulation, the PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2) and in particular the "access" to the account that banks have to provide to new players/fintechs, AML, as well as data protection.
