Our Board approved a paper on Gender Equality and Inclusion, with the goal of increasing female representation at the partnership level. We regularly host female focussed events and seminars to discuss hot topics and network.
These events take place across our international offices. We also introduced a Global Women's Development Programme in November 2016 which will run each year, with the aim of retaining our high performing female lawyers, whilst also finding out what the gender specific barriers are for the women within our firm.
