We work with Employ-ability, a non-profit organisation dedicated to assisting students and graduates with all disabilities, including dyslexia or long term health conditions, into employment.
We run various seminars throughout the year on the topic of mental health to raise awareness and educate. We have also introduced training for all Line Managers and Partners and have Wellbeing Officers in place throughout the London office.
