Giovanni is highly recognized in Italy for his expertise in all IP matters, especially national and international patents and trademarks litigation. He has handled and coordinated numerous pan-European cases for national and international clients in recent years as well as some leading trademark, unfair competition, ambush market and domain name disputes.
Highlight work includes personally assisting major European and Fortune 100 US companies in some of the biggest and highly technical patent litigation in Italy.
Giovanni has worked with us since 2005. He has authored some publications in the field of patent and trademark law for Italian and European legal magazines. He is member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), the Licensing Executives Society (LES), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the European Patent Litigation Agreement (EPLA) and the Italian Society for the Study of Intellectual Property (SISPI).
