He represented Lastminute.com at the European Court of First Instance in its successful cancellation of the CTM “LastMinutetour”. He also represented Sany in its defence to a trade mark infringement action brought by Daimler AG in respect of its well known three pointed star mark and acted for Codemasters Software Company Limited against the organisers of the Le Mans 24 Hours race in its claim for breach of contract under an IP licence indemnity.
Peter was also co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s “Intellectual Property and Entertainment law Committee” in 2011 and has sat on ITMA’s Designs and Copyright Committee since 1996. Since 1998 Peter has been co-editor of the INTA publication "Community Trade Mark - Regulations Practice and Procedure".
