Zoe joined Bird & Bird in September 2004 and qualified in September 2006 into the Intellectual Property Group.
Zoe specialises in contentious intellectual property matters, particularly in relation to patents, trade marks and domain names, with specific experience in the mobile telecommunications field. Zoe graduated from Nottingham University with a first class MSci in Biochemistry and Biological Chemistry and obtained the Law Society prize for outstanding performance for the Legal Practice Course.
Zoe reports monthly on trade mark, design and copyright matters for the Journal of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents.
