Ulrike joined Bird & Bird Frankfurt in 2007 and is an Associate in the Corporate/M&A team. She advises international and domestic clients on M&A, especially cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital. 

Ulrike was admitted to the Bar in 2007. She completed her legal training in Mainz and Berlin and passed the German bar exam in 2006. She studied law at the University of Bayreuth, where she completed supplementary studies for lawyers in business administration and economics (“Wirtschaftsjurist Univ. Bayreuth”), at Humboldt-University in Berlin and at the University of Sussex (LL.M.).  

Since joining Bird & Bird´s Frankfurt office Ulrike has been working with Erich Michel´s team.
