Sophie has wide-ranging experience of domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration, with particular emphasis on civil fraud and international asset tracing and preservation (together with its necessary ancillary steps, such as overseas disclosure and appropriate conservatory measures).  Sophie also has considerable expertise in resolving international art world disputes (acting for and against collectors, dealers, Governments and museums).

She is referred to in Chambers Directory 2008 in the field of Civil Fraud as “one to watch”.

Sophie is a member of the Association Internationale des Jeune Avocats, The International Bar Association and the Institute of Art and Law.
