Serge joined Bird & Bird in 2003 and is an associate in our IP Group. His practice is mainly focused on litigations but also includes drafting and negotiating of contracts. Serge has a broad experience in commercial law (including commercial litigation, distribution, copyright and trade practices). Prior to joining Bird & Bird, he worked for four years in a commercial law and copyright oriented law firm based in Brussels.
Serge was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2003. He speaks French, Dutch, English and Italian.
