Romain Ferla
Romain has a broad experience of European and French competition law matters. His experience covers a wide variety of businesses (electronic communications, television, computers and software, luxury goods, pharmaceuticals, health, aerospace, chemicals, publishing and press distribution, consumer goods, sport, food and beverages).

Romain focuses on various aspects of EU and French competition law ranging from analysing and notifying mergers and joint ventures at EU or national level to advising on and drafting distribution, technology or other commercial agreements.

He has also developed a strong practice representing clients in litigation before French courts and in administrative proceedings before the EU/French competition authorities in cases of alleged abuse of a dominant position or participation in anti-competitive agreements.

Romain regularly contributes to legal reviews as well as the legal pages of the financial and economic press. He is also a lecturer of competition law at Paris I University (Panthéon – La Sorbonne).
